ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

FEBRUARY 12, 2009

7:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:   Richard Gorden, Ellen Abelson and

                  Mark Mazur

1.  The Board read a notice from the Appellate Tax Board (ATB) in which they granted

     themselves an additional three months to produce a Finding of Facts report for a case

     that was decided.

2.  The Board took the following actions on FY2009 applications for exemption by the

     owners of the following parcels:

                                    PIN 102-109               Cl. 41A                        Granted

                                    PIN 102-109               Cl. 41C                        Granted

                                    PIN 83-25                   Cl. 17D                        Granted

                                    PIN 1-3                       Cl. 17D                        Granted

                                    PIN 70-143                 Cl. 22                           Denied

3.  The Board reviewed the response to our Request for Proposals for FY2010 revaluation

     assistance.  The Board discussed the proposed cost in comparison with what we paid

     for our FY2007 income property revaluation and asked the Administrative Assessor to

     look into negotiating the price of the work to be done.

7:40 P.M.  The Board went into Executive Session

7:50 P.M.  The Board returned from Executive Session and resumed their regular

                  meeting.

4.  The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2009 applications for abatement

     for the owners of the following parcels:

                        Parcel # 85-14                         Granted

                        Parcel #104-19                        Denied

                        Parcel #104-44                        Denied

                        Parcel #75-4                            Granted

                        Parcel #29-3-1                         Granted

5. The Board received and briefly reviewed information concerning the Performance

    Evaluation of the Administrative Assessor.

6.  The Board discussed the process of reviewing resumes for the Administrative

     Assistant position.
